Your Halftime Moment

Can you believe we’re already halfway through 2025? This moment in the year is just like halftime in a football game. It is a time to pause, reflect, regroup, and realign with purpose. And in this week’s episode of The Alita Reynolds Show, I invite you into that sacred space of review.

Halftime is not about judgment or pressure. It’s about grace. It's about celebrating what God has done and asking what He wants to do next.

You and I both have seasons where we’d rather press forward than reflect. I’ve been there, avoiding the pain, the disappointments, and even some hard truths that seem like the evidence of failure. But without reflecting, no lessons are learned.

What if we held any negative aspects from the first part of the year up to the light for inspection, searching instead for the evidence of God’s faithfulness?

Imagine those players, bursting out of the locker room after half time, pumped up and ready to give it all in the second half. The testimony of God’s steadfast love can be the fuel that fires us up as well.

This episode invites you to make this crucial shift.

The Lord has an assignment on your life. It may feel uncomfortable. It may stretch you and it’s always worth it when you walk in step with Him.

I encourage you to listen to the full episode, “Halftime Review,” where I walk you through two simple but powerful questions:

What can you celebrate?

And what is God calling you to focus on so that you can finish this year strong?

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what He asks. This episode is your half-time pep talk! I hope it inspires you to be like Daniel in the Bible, to purpose in your heart to live obediently and faithfully, finishing well in His strength and not your own.

I'm wildly cheering you!

Alita
