Fear often stems from uncertainty, past experiences, or imagined worst-case scenarios. However, God calls us to replace fear with His truth, relying on His promises and wisdom rather than our anxious thoughts. Here’s a biblical approach to managing fear with faith and facts:
1. Identify the Fear
- Biblical Perspective: "When I am afraid, I put my trust in you." — Psalm 56:3
- Action: Write down your fear and bring it before God in prayer. Be specific about what concerns you.
2. Seek God’s Truth
