Continuing through the Circle of Crazy

Hey there!!!

Have you ever found yourself, like me, feeling stuck on the Circle of Crazy? Stuck in a cycle of repetitive and damaging thinking that prevents you from really moving forward?

In the latest episode of The Alita Reynolds Show, I share my journey through the difficulties of that exhausting loop and the steps I took to  find true freedom.

I want to open up and share something deeply personal—a time when I was caught in one of the aspects of the Circle of Crazy: The Scroll of Stress, Impatience, and Cynicism.

I was very impatient. I used to label myself as such, even saying out loud, "I'm just impatient."

That mindset kept me trapped. I wanted everything done quickly and on my own timetable , which wasn't healthy. The stress it produced wasn't part of the life God intended for me.

Then came a powerful realization: Love is patient.

I had been living contrary to that truth because I believed impatience defined me. But that's not who God created me to be. He calls us all to something better—to live with love, grace, and patience.

Matthew 7:13-14 reminds us: "You can enter God's Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way. But the gateway to life is very narrow, and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it."

Impatience doesn't lead you down the straight and narrow path. Thankfully, with God's help, I stepped off the Circle of Crazy and embraced a new way of living.

Here's the key: You cannot heal or change what you don't acknowledge.

If you never admit impatience is a struggle, it's impossible to move past it. But when you become aware that your impatience is imprisoning you, everything can change.

God created us to walk in freedom, not in stress or in frustration. Let's leave impatience behind and step boldly onto the road of love, patience, and grace.

I wonder, what keeps you on the Circle of Crazy? What is one step you can take today to break free?

Would you tune into this newest episode and share your thoughts in the comments? I'd love to hear from you!
