I had the pleasure of speaking with Erwin McManus, a remarkable individual who has significantly impacted my life through his unique approach to faith, entrepreneurship, and communication. Erwin is both an entrepreneur and a church leader, a rare combination that has allowed him to finance and grow his church, Mosaic, in innovative ways.

We discussed Erwin’s journey of transforming a traditional church into Mosaic, a vibrant community that reaches a diverse group of people, including atheists, agnostics, and artists.
