Ask God for wisdom to identify areas of your life that need transformation (James 1:5). Depend on the Holy Spirit for the strength and discipline to persist, especially when forming new routines feels difficult (Philippians 4:13).

As believers, we are called to clothe ourselves in habits that reflect Christ, choosing practices that align with His will and help us grow in faith.
Protect Your Heart and Surround Yourself with Faithful Community
Protect your thoughts and actions by focusing on what is pure, lovely, and praiseworthy (Philippians 4:8). Avoid influences that pull you away from God’s standards, such as negative media or unhealthy relationships. Surround yourself with fellow believers who encourage and hold you accountable (Hebrews 10:24-25). Join a Bible study or small group where you can grow together in faith and share your journey.
Embrace Rest and Trust God’s Timing
Regular rest is a Godly habit that acknowledges His sovereignty and renews your spirit. God modeled rest for us when He rested on the seventh day (Genesis 2:2-3).
